1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RecipeTree ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App. These terms apply to all users of the App, including those who are just browsing or have registered an account.

2. Account Registration

To use certain features of the App, you must register for an account using your email address or a supported social login (e.g., Google). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Use of the App

RecipeTree provides tools for recipe generation, meal planning, and grocery price comparison. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that any information you provide is accurate and up-to-date.

4. User Content

You may be able to upload or create content, such as recipes or shopping lists. You retain all rights to your content, but you grant RecipeTree a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content as necessary to provide the App's services.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of RecipeTree may require a paid subscription. Payments are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms of service and authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable fees.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind. While we strive to provide accurate pricing and recipe information, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any data provided through the App.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Edulilo Pty Ltd and its directors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
